What is Harold

Harold is a daemon that runs on your own machine. It starts your coding agents over ACP and serves them to paired devices through one authenticated API. The Android app is the remote.

Local first. The host binds to loopback by default. Sessions, logs, and settings stay in your data dir.
Any ACP agent. Enable agents from the catalog. Each one runs in a workspace you register.
Pair once. A phone scans a QR code from the terminal and gets its own credential.

Install

Download. Tap the button. Chrome may warn about APK files. Choose Download anyway.
Allow it. When Android asks, let your browser install unknown apps.
Open the file. Tap Install. New releases install over the old one.
